I filed a dispute on XXXX auto loan due to they never sent me notice on my repossession car sale and never answered or sent the receipts in the car sale, I believe that the account balance is inaccurate and they refused to show me receipts to show other wise. XXXX denied to follow up with the investigation. Also regarding my account with XXXX, I settled the charge off for a pay for delete, which I showed proof that the account was paid and the creditor also reported a XXXX XXXX balance but it still shows on my credit. Also, my XXXX XXXX account which the account is closed but shows an inaccurate outstanding amount, I showed proof of the amount it should be but it still reports an insane amount. I recently was notified that CFPB has filed a lawsuit against the company experian. They alleged the company of accepting unreliable information, failure to notify consumer dispute results. This aligns well with my situation! XXXX has not attempted to remove, nor correct any information. I'm requesting this derogatory remark be removed immediately as it's affecting my chances of getting house and car. XXXX violates my rights as a consumer, as well as federal laws.
