I am contacting NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS regarding the complaint # XXXX. Again, this unit was not damaged and I have communication with the manager as well as photos of the unit on my end. You have provided me duplicate documents and not verified the charges OR proof of a {$2000.00} damage to the unit. You are well over the 15 day window as it took you 60 days to send me duplicate documents. I want the debt removed immediately as it is a violation of my FCRA rights to report inaccurate information OR to lie about charges. I will now be seeking damages with a lawyer as you can not provide proof of damages to the unit. Remove the debt immediately.
