I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX and graduated with a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in management. I was able to walk but refused because my last year, my XXXX also was shutting down due to mishandling of funds dealing with financial aid. Also, the summer leading into my XXXX XXXX, I was also XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I guess apparently, no funds went to my XXXX, just someone elses pockets. On top of that, since the XXXX closed the degree essentially doesnt even exist to companies, which seems like when I apply for jobs, makes it seems less credible if the XXXX doesnt exist. As well as them expecting me to pay finances to an entity that doesnt even exist anymore. They even attempted to sue me as well. I also filed the proper documentation when XXXX close and I sent in multiple times and even called, just for them to tell me they never got it. Before I sent it in, I also made copies, just to show that something fraudulent was occurring but didnt really know who to contact on information dealing with that. My main funds was going through a company called XXXX. And now this debt they want me to pay, is on my credit report, and Im also not sure how some company got ahold of my information either. All these entities are stealing information from the people and are making profits on our information without most knowing. I would definitely like to get the debt off completely, or get a number where I can take some legal action. I just need help, thank you for your time.
