It has recently come to my attention that an account the CKS PRIME INVESTMENTS has been collected illegally due to not having a licence to collect in the state of texas. This account has been disputed multiple times and nothing has been done to delete this account from my current credit report. My current credit report is being negatively impacted by this and i urge you to reinvestigate this account and delete to become current. YOU MUST PROVIDE ME WITH THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND PROVE THE TRAIL OF PURCHASE. If this can not be provided to me this account must be DELETED from my credit report!
