You have allowed the following unknown account to be reporting inaccurate and erroneous information on my credit file since inception to my credit file. ACCOUNT : NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS # XXXX. 15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ), which requires credit reporting agencies and furnishers to maintain accurate and up-to-date information. Inconsistent Reporting of Date Last Activity. XXXX reports Date Last Active XX/XX/XXXX, Experian XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. There has been no recent financial activity or payments on this account for the dates to be inconsistent and according to federal law this is ILLEGALLY re-aging of debt and you are allowing this company to continuously re-age this debt monthly. XXXX has since deleted this account when I brought their attention to these illegal reporting activities. Please follow suit and delete this account immediately. Federal laws supersede any corporation 's policies or procedures and protects consumers from unfair and abusive practices. It is economic abuse, defamation of character and is permeating my everyday life harming every aspect of my life and my wellbeing. I will be pursuing forward with litigation if this illegal activity continues and this account is not deleted immediately. Please see documentation for proof of identity, and proof of deletions and inaccurate reporting information.
