Zelle has had a massive issue once it swapped into the chase website for me, wherein I cant confirm that I am sending my payment in to the right person. Additionally, the verification process isnt nearly as robust as XXXX. As such numerous times Ive sent payments to the wrong people and Zelle wont even allow a return once I ask the people if they got their transactions
