I am filing a complaint against Experian, XXXX and XXXX for lying to me and telling me that they have investigated my disputes, that are errors on my credit reports, only to find out that they infacted have not dont any investigation. Experian, XXXX and XXXX always responds within 24 hours saying that, the accounts are accurate without providing any evidences. It is so frustrating and illegal that these companies are allowed to violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA. 15 U>S>C> SS 1681 which mandates a resonable investiagtion of disputes. Futhermore Experian, XXXX and XXXX actions may also violates the consumer Financial Protection act CFPA 12 U.S.C. SS.5536 A 1 A-B as highlighted in the CFPB 's recent adminsitrative proceeding File no. 2025 CFPB-0002 against them for similar violations. I hope CFPB sues the pants off of Experian, XXXX and XXXX and hold them accountable for violating federal law and provide consumers with the necessary proof of investiagtion.
