I have a checking and credit card with Capital One. I was due to receive my direct deposit on XXXX XX/XX/year>. They have failed to get my direct deposit posted to my account in XXXX hours due to an outage. This is unacceptable- I am not able to buy food or gas or pay my rent. I believe there has to be other things they could do to fix this issue in a timely manner. I was patient and understanding the first XXXX hours, XXXX is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of understanding of their customers needs. If they truly cant fix the issue- use your own funds and reimburse when you can get my money. There are thousands of people living check to check being no fault of their own. Capital One needs to do better.
