I received a XXXX payment of {$1800.00} on XX/XX/year> for two items I was selling on XXXX. Items were brought into the buyers home on XX/XX/year>. Buyer then filed a fraudulent chargeback on XX/XX/year> for the payment made on XX/XX/year> claiming they did not receive the items. Capital one froze my account until I called to verify the payment made to me. I called capital one three times on XX/XX/year> to verify the payment to me was NOT made in error. I have messages confirming buyer receiving the items and all information matches. Capital one STILL has not allowed me access to my account. I have continuously asked for a timeline for my account to unfrozen so that I can pay my rent and other bills with my money that they are holding XXXX. No one has been able to provide any insight on what further verification is needed, they have no asked for any of my documentation of the buyer receiving, confirming my XXXX account or anything else that will easily prove this was a legitimate two way deal. Now XXXXm out all of my money and the two items that the buyer has now stolen.
