On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX to pay my acct for {$140.00}. Was inform it was transferred to collection company for {$250.00} they stated any dispute had to be done with collection company. I informed them I hadnt received anything from a collection company. I was given phone number. I contacted the collection company. They informed me that they emailed me notification on XX/XX/XXXX. I didnt give them permission to email me. I dont receive any bills by email. I asked for a validation letter they refused stated I must dispute online. I informed them that I want a paper copy. They still refused based on those attempts and the deceitful practices I just paid to prevent the debt from going on my credit. The XXXX XXXX was very hostile and threatening. My rights have been violated.
