XX/XX/year> I should have received my direct deposit on Thursday the XXXX. I am writing this on Friday the XXXX. I have yet to receive my funds and have yet to receive another update regarding the situation ( There was an initial email stating CapitalOne was experiencing technical issues, deposits will be delayed ). While I am not in any urgent need to receive my deposit, the way CapitalOne is handling this is unacceptable. I would like the funds that I earned to be deposited into my account. Regarding CapitalOne 's response : I had to sit on hold for multiple hours just so I could speak with a human being. That person, who's name I forget, said all they can tell me is they're working on it and it will be fixed soon. They said my account is completely safe but due to their incompetence handling this issue, I would prefer more concrete proof that my account is safe and not just word of mouth. I confirmed with my company payroll officer that my deposit was submitted on time and correctly. Since I am finished writing this, I checked my account and email once again. Still nothing. No updates and no funds.
