I submitted a request for payment count back in XXXX and again a few months ago for XXXX. They have still not processed either although the site says a few weeks. I submitted a complaint and they just said to wait basically. I am going to be hitting the XXXX mark in a few months ( may ) where I can complete the buyback process but with this entirely slow process Im going to end up stuck with these loans for years. This is ridiculous for those of us who have kept our end of the bargain and worked in public service while allowing our student loans to balloon with the promise they will be forgiven.
