I log into my credit report at XXXX and if I am lucky enough to access my credit report when it does not tell me please try later thats a good day. Now I can't unfreeze my Equifax credit report. It keeps referring me to call Equifax directly. This is a constant problem. It constantly happens. I should be able to unfreeze my credit report when I log in. Calling the XXXX number is useless. You have to verify your identity through the automated system and XXXX forbid you get a question wrong, now you cant unfreeze your credit report. I have a XXXX rate mortgage. The monthly payment changes every month. When the Equifax automated system asks me a question about a mortgage and I get the monthly payment wrong then thats it I won't be able to unfreeze my report or speak to a live person. This is so outragious that I have to continue to go through this over and over again. Now I have to tell my creditor to wait. till I am able to speak to a live person and even when I do, they always tell me the same thing. I am going to escalate it and mark it urgent which means nothing because it takes weeks and weeks for them to resolve this same issue. I have been through this a XXXX times. Eventually Someone is going to sue Equifax over this. I want this to stop. I want to be able to unfreeze my credit report without spending an hour on the phone trying to verify my identity.
