Navy Federal Credit Union still keeps charging me excessive overdraft fees. Navy Federal Credit Union has already been sued by the CFPB for their excessive fees and damages caused. Navy Federal Credit Union was ordered to refund all fees. Navy Federal Credit Union has failed to comply with the order. Not only did not return any of the fees they illegal charged me but has continued to not comply with turning over records from my previous dispute about the money they took from my tax refund. I am now looking to sue Navy Federal in court due to their willful noncompliance.
