When I opened my Business Money Market Account with PNC Bank I was told the interest rate on that account would be 4.5 %. At no time was I told this rate was a " Promotion '' nor was any information given to me indicating the 4.5 % interest rate would go down. I am attaching the documents from XXXX XXXX with PNC, who TWICE verified the 4.5 % interest rate on the money market account. In XX/XX/XXXX the interest rate on the Money Market Account fell. I reached out to XXXX about this and got no response. The rate fell again in XXXX. Same pattern with XXXX. When the rate fell again in XXXX I drove to the nearest PNC branch to speak with a person. I met XXXX. XXXX XXXX, the " replacement '' branch manager. XXXX ( while sitting in front of me at her desk, in XXXX, FL ) pawned the matter off on XXXX XXXX, who is in XXXX, FL. I am attaching email correspondence with him, too. The 4.41 % interest rate on the business money market account that XXXX 's e-mail graphic indicated would continue in perpetuity never manifested on my account. Am appointment at the bank with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX did not resolve this issue. Instead, she punted, yet again to " the resolution team. '' The resolution team has not contacted me with a resolution.
