I obtained a copy of my consumer report and notified these agencies multiple times, specifically on XX/XX/year> is the most recent, about the items I disputed. Despite these notifications, the matter remains unresolved in a manner that is fair and equitable to me, the consumer, as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I sent my notice to these agencies, which included a FTC Identity Theft Report, A FTC Affidavit and I also filed a complaint with the CFPB. Along with this letter, I have also included an Affidavit of Truth to further substantiate my claim. I explained the violations your agency committed under the FCRA, while informing your agency of the fact that these items were reported without my expressed, written consent. This leads to way of identity theft, which leads to a violation of the civil liability section of the FCRA, as I informed you in the previous notices, which I have attached once more again for your record! This is a FINAL NOTICE to give your agency an opportunity to correct this situation or I will be forced to protect my credit rating and file a lawsuit against your agency. I have proven to your agency on many occasions that these items are a violation of the FCRA and should in fact be DELETED but your agency continues to violate me so I dont know what else to do besides suing your agency at this point. I have suffered emotional distress as a result of this matter and I demand this matter be resolved in a fair and equitable manner, which still hasnt been done
