Consumer Narrative
I was provided to LexisNexis a consumer file pursuant to section 609 of the fair credit reporting Act ( 15 USC 1681g ) permissible purpose to access my information. I sent them a letter on this date, XX/XX/year>, I attached that letter that I sent them that clearly tells them that the information they are reporting is not accurate its not complete, and it is incorrect. Please delete it from my Credit Report Immediately. I wanted them to reinvestigate this because the way its looking on my credit report it does not look accurate, fair and it does not look complete. Additionally, I alerted them with my filling of my FTC Identity Theft Affidavit, which was attach as well, to report separate personnel information and accounts appearing on my consumer credit report which I do not recognize as reported and which are the result of identity theft and fraud. These fraudulent accounts consist of a personal information and accounts below : Personal Address Information : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Additionally, I informed them that I believe there may be other violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically under 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ), which emphasizes the need for accurate credit reporting to ensure fair treatment of consumers, and 15 U.S.C. 1681b ( a ), which outlines the permissible purposes for accessing a consumers credit information. Under Section 605B of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S. Code 1681c2, I was entitled to have this fraudulent information removed from my credit report expeditiously. I insist that they do not use automated verification methods such as XXXX XXXX to investigate my claim due to inaccuracies of LexisNexis versus XXXX records, as these methods are insufficient for verifying the accuracy of such serious allegations. I explained that I was maintaining detailed records of all correspondence and actions related to this matter. Including their failure to respond within my entitled to have this fraudulent information removed from my credit report expeditiously. Under the FCRA, I may seek up to {$1000.00} per violation for defamation and negligent enablement of fraud. I look forward to your prompt response to this matter.
