Good day, At the inception of the application Zelle I sent money en error several times to the wrong recipient who shared the same name within my contacts. When I contacted the Zelle Company I offered the amount ( XXXX ) sent, as well as, the person ( XXXX ) the amount were sent. I was told verbally by a customer service representative that an investigation would take XXXX business days and a resolution would be offered. I never heard back from them and when I reached back out to them I was told the investigation was still ongoing. After that, I didnt have time to fight the battle further, so I didnt follow up and they never contacted me nor resolved the issue. Please advise as to what action, if any can I take at this time. Thank you
