Myself and many other customers of Capital One are not receiving our direct deposits. This issue has apparently been affecting accounts since Monday but Capital One sent out an email last night describing a vague technical issue. The email advised the issue would be resolved by Friday morning, it is now that morning and many XXXX including me are still having our direct deposits withheld. This is an egregious issue as myself and many others are accruing late fees and bills are past due and I can not make these payments because I dont have my paycheck. Capital One still has the audacity to charge me late fees on my credit card account while they are experiencing this issue.
