My company delivers direct despot via ACH to capital one on Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX. Typically my deposit is available by Thursday following that and I received an email form Capital One Thursday late evening stating system issues were causing delays to deposits. They then on their XXXX account that the issues would be fixed by Friday morning, then went ghost and provided o updates. I then waited 3 hours to speak to a rep who had no updates, no ETA of a resolution and I have no access to my funds which my employer sent to them.
