My direct deposit was supposed to be to be in my Capital One checking account on Wednesday at the earliest and Friday at the latest. Capital One claims to be experiencing an outage and thousands of customers are missing their direct deposit paychecks including me. Capital One has provided next to no information and has made up a new resolution date with every call. They are now saying check deposits for today wont be available until next week. My heating bill was due today and now it is late. My car insurance will be late in a couple days. This is absolutely unacceptable. The supposed outage has been going on for 3 days and Capital One has not even had the decency to credit our accounts. Yet they are still accepting payments to themselves. Where is my paycheck?
