Capital One did not notify a problem or issue with banking. As of today XX/XX/year> I had to XXXX what was going on with my account. I thought my job didn't process payroll. I always receive my payroll two days ahead. I have a family to feed and bills to pay. I can't access my account, my credit cards or debit card and my family needs to eat. Apparently this issue started Wednesday XX/XX/year> and no update or payment has been deposited into my account. When this issue is resolved capital one will no longer be my bank. This is beyond sad and I am highly displeased with capital one. I have been with them over a decade and now this happens. I'm done with this bank. Please do not open up with capital one bank. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
