On XX/XX/XXXX both my Wife and I did not recieve our direct deposits from our employer we have never had any issues and Capital One refuses to provide answer and or resolution to get us our money this in turn has caused us to miss payments that will affect our credit and history with our companies we are paying to. On the other side we are also unable to purchase food and diapers for our toddler due to not getting our paychecks. We are living paycheck to paycheck and this lack of resolution has put us in an unnecessary bind that we did not cause.
