In XXXX XXXX, Cash App withdrew {$240.00} from my bank account checking with no authorization. I contacted Cash App multiple times but they kept giving me the run around! They never told me that there was a class action suit against them. Everything that is mentioned in the suit happened to me from Cash App! They wouldnt help me at all. I then complained to my bank and just was denied. Cash app did not help. My bank notified that they did not have documents to support my complaint. I just realized that the bank did not show the transactions!!!!! I dont know how that was possible. XXXX also is working on this. They asked me for the transaction numbers which I got yesterday and will submit it to them. I just found out that the deadline was XX/XX/year>. Today is XXXX XXXX. Because of the way CashApp failed to help, and my bank not showing the transaction, I shouldnt be penalized and not being able to submit my claim at this time. I was not aware of this lawsuit. CashApp made it difficult for me to file a claim and denied all responsibilities. Please help me and see what could be done.
