Capital One is exactly 36 hours late crediting my direct deposit from my job to my checking account. According to social media, this issue is also plaguing other Capital One customers, leaving us without funds for rent, groceries, gas, and other essential bills to live. Instead of communicating with customers, Capital One failed to send out any mass marketing communications until about 24 hours after the issues began. As one of the millions of Americans living paycheck-to-paycheck, I rely on my bi-weekly paycheck to be on time to live. This has caused a massive burden and undo stress on me and millions of other customers.
