I'm here to explain about my concerns in Zelle 's Disputes, As We all are seeing CFPB lawsuit is highlting issues with the platform. Zelle and my financial institution both failed to even look into my claims. Most definitely they did inform me by letting know that recovering lost funds was unable to happen and tracking the transactions were unfeasible. Also to mention is this lack of accountability is unacceptable in serious mind of customer safety.
