All Captial One Bankers this week did not receive any notice regarding very delayed delivery of direct deposits to accounts. Individual were not communicated with between XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX what was happening with accounts and delays regarding a third party vendor until XXXXXXXX XXXX after the issue had already been happening for one business day. Due to this very poor service and situation many including myself was impacted personally not being able to have access to direct deposits and werent able to pay bills before a holiday weekend and were charged late fees. Many werent able to access ATM and other transactions and account balances werent available for majority. Very disappointing service from Capital One due simply to not communicating with their valued bankers. When they said this issue was resolved it wasnt true. Many including myself didnt get our funds.
