On XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX of XXXX 2 merchants by the names of XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX used my Capital One DEBIT CARD number and made {$1700.00} worth of unauthorized fraudulent transactions. I filed a dispute with Capital One over the fraudulent charges. Capital One claims they completed their investigation and sided with the fraud. I investigated what both merchants are and they are some kind of cryptocurrency merchants. I have never bought that product in my life. The scammer ( merchants ) got ahold of my Capital One DEBIT CARD info, drivers license info, and my social media. These merchants and Capital One aided a scammer/impersonator that stole money from my capital one checking account to transfer to a foreign, unknown account. I can not resolve the dispute with the merchants because I didn't make the transactions. MY CAPITAL ONE DEBIT CARD WAS USED FRAUDULENTLY AND I NEVER AUTHORIZED THOSE CHARGES. I WANT THIS ESCALATED TO ARBITRATION, AS I WON'T BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE CHARGES.
