Myself and my children have cash app so I can send money to my children for things they need my son had multiple charges on his account for hundreds of dollars from XXXX. The first charge of {$100.00} we called cash to put a hold on his account and refund his money ( he does not have uber or ever used his card on an uber app ) cash app never put a hold on card and next day he had an additional charge for another {$100.00}. We were never refunded my money or contacted by cash app. I ended up taking him to XXXX XXXX XXXX and opening him a checking account. The company had no live operators to help with this problem everything was done the app.
