I am filing this complaint regarding an inaccurate item on my credit report that continues to negatively impact my credit. Despite my efforts to resolve this directly with the reporting agency, it remains unresolved. I request immediate investigation and removal of these items, as it is incorrect and does not reflect my true credit report history. I have forwarded Equifax documentation of the paperwork from XXXX XXXX and numerous letters to Equifax and the responses would be verified every time. There's no way they conducted the investigation. The items pretending to the Bankruptcy should be deleted as well.
