On Monday XX/XX/year> I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and withdrew XXXX $ cash from the atm at XXXX XXXX. I must have dropped the card or was pick pocketed not entirely sure. Whoever took possession of my card started to make charges to XXXX XXXX as early as XXXX XXXX according to my XXXX bank statement. I worked the previous night and then came home took my son to school and then went to the XXXX. After that I was not looking at my phone and did not recieve a notification until XXXX XXXX which I did not see. Chime sent me a potential fraud alert and asked me did I try to make a purchase to XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX I did not see it so I did not reply. I spoke with " XXXX '' who verbally acknowledged that these charges were all fraudulent, and as they were still pending, can they be stopped. They basically told me too bad so sad scammers have rights. I have it on recording on my phone. I went to my local PD who didnt want to even let me make a report but I did make XXXX, with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX report numberXXXX XXXX THIS EVENT HAS CAUSED ME EXTREME FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND EXTREME EMOTIONAL DISTRESS. I WOULD LIKE TO SIGN UP ON ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT BROUGHT AGAINST CHIME OR CASHAPP FOR THESE PRACTICES. WHY SEND ME A FRAUD ALERT AND WHEN YOU DO NOT PROCEED TO RECIEVE A RESPONSE THEY CHOSE TO INFACT PROTECT THE SCAMMER INSTEAD OF THE LOYAL LONGTERM CUSTOMER AND CONSUMER ( MYSELF ). THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THIS. UNFORTUNATELY I AM LEARNING NOW HOW POORLY THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE ME. I BELIEVE THESE FUNDS ARE GOING TO XXXX ORGANIZATION, AND SUSPECT THAT IT IS AN ORGANIZED CRIME SYNDICATE GOING ON THAT IS DOING THIS WITH THESE ACCOUNTS, AND THE CORPORATION BEHIND IT NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR FUNDING XXXX ORGANIZATIONS BY STEALING FROM LAW ABIDING CITIZENS. THE FBI SHOULD BE NOTIFIED.
