Ive been a navy federal credit union member since XXXX. Ive decided to request an oops form several time and been accepted. Ive had 2 accounts that was closed out due to one being scammed the account was closed from fraud. On XXXX XXXX I received a email saying that I had mobile checks being deposited in my account the account was ceased and I was forced to pay back over XXXX dollars from someone else hacking in my account. I had to pay a full total of {$4700.00} in cash at the navy federal credit union atm XX/XX/XXXX in order to get my money out my account and reopen a new one Ive given them proof and still was forced to pay that account off in order to get a new account. I was being charged extra fees and demanded to pay back money that I had no clue about. I been being charged extra for overdraft even when I didnt no about the money in my account. I demand my full amount of refund for all my extra fees Ive been charged with since XXXX.
