As someone whos been actively using Zelle for 6 years now, I am concerned with the information shared and disputes that were publicly announced recently about Zelle. Zelle has also failed to previously investigate any claims I have made such as when someone used my card to buy something somewhere. Due to recent CFPB findings my concerns have grown as Zelle has not protected its consumers and has repeatedly let the same offenders get away with the same thing.
