The phone number XXXX called me on XX/XX/year> and the number was then blocked as they did not leave a voicemail and no legitimate number matched in XXXX. Then on XX/XX/year> the number XXXX called and I called them back as again, they did not leave a voicemail. When the line picked up, I explained this number had called but left no voicemail and I wanted to know who this was. I was told they were looking for someone by my first name about a personal matter. I asked again what business purpose do you have contacting this phone number? The other person quickly gave me a name that was not understandable and when questioned what industry does this business work in I was told to have a nice day and hung up. I then figured it was a scam. Once again blocking the number. Then on XX/XX/year> I received another phone call from the number XXXX and called them back and demanded to be told the exact business name and was given Unifin after requesting the person spell it out as I XXXX on the phone. I said if you're a debt collector why would you not state that as every other collections agency would? They told me that it was a personal matter to discuss. I told them do not ever call this number again. This is harassment and when you do not clearly state what your company is and what the purpose of this phone call is, it is harassment.
