I previously disputed this alleged bankruptcy on my consumer reports and have received responses that the alleged bankruptcy was verified/certified as accurate and complete. 15 USC 1681i ( a ) ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) I requesting a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information I disputed along with documentation showing who verified and I have not received proper responses. I only received the generic response of verified I have proof that XXXX deleted the public record from my consumer report along with proof from the US bankruptcy court, stating that they do not verify information for credit bureaus. These credit bureaus are using other sources in an attempt to verify without following proper FCRA guidelines, and I request immediate deletion from all of my consumer reports. Please see attached documentation from XXXX and the US bankruptcy court. I am also aware that CFPB has engaged in in a lawsuit against Experian for not properly investigating and I assume I am part of the consumers which Experian is not properly investing. As for XXXX I will assume the same since I have legal documentation showing the bankruptcy has been removed and is not verifiable. 15 U.S. Code 1681n ( Civil Liability For WillfulNoncompliance ) {$1000.00}
