Im writing to you to formally expressed my concern regarding Zelles handle of disputes particularly in the light of recent CFPB lawsuit, highlighting Significant issues with the platform. Despite using Zelle. Numerous times and reporting discrepancies, my XXXX XXXX and Zelle failed to investigate my claim adequately.
