Paypal closed my account XXXX over a week ago after requesting verification docs that I have submitted many times before and successfully verified me. Submitted the same docs again. They canceled my transfers to checking and closed my account. With funds of XXXX $ in at the time. Now a total of {$720.00} in my account. They claim it could be 120 days. I have called emailed and chatted They say the system will review and they can not release funds. They refuse to give me my money. I was put in a state of emergency due to this. They legally can not hold over 10-21 days business wise if closing. I have no pending disputes or anything. Now I can not make my house payement. All of my funds were in paypal. I have called, emailed, chatted, and been given no help whatsoever. And, I was even verbally harassed demographically and offensive language used towards me by employees. I have a XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and can not get my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in paypal. I have children whom need the money too to eat. They will not review and release any of my funds and paypal has acted illegally. I am happy to provide all proof of their actions. I just want my money and need my money as it caused my family and myself an emergency state when I was compliant with identity request initially and submitted all this same as any time they ask for withdrawals again and again. They do not act legally, and they are holding my money illegally. I wish to pursue legal action if my funds are not released for withdrawal immediately. I never received any user agreement or anything as well or signed anything so their holding and time holding is not legal for them to do and I have read on many cases where they hold or take our money if they close an account. We can not go 120 days without these funds let alone any longer.
