I reported to my bank after my XXXX XXXX XXXX was stolen with my laptop in it and my cell phone and driver license was stolen with my XXXX I filed claims because someone was filling out application for apartments as me paying XXXX AND XXXX TO GET XXXXMY CREDIT REPORTS CHARGES FROM XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX charges they bought XXXX phones on my XXXX XXXX XXXX account XXXX XXXX XXXX is investigating it they said it was fraud I told my bank they will not fairly look into any claims I make. Some charges the bank had declined themselves a bunch of times because they thought it was fraud I would see it on my account but since they declined them I thought I was ok but than they started letting the charges go through Wells Fargo is not investigating claims
