i am writing to express my concerns with zelles platform and the way they are handling disputes. Specifically regarding the CFPB lawsuit highlighting zelles flawed platform. Despite using zelle multiple times they have failed to investigate my claims and just informed me recovering my lost funds was impossible aswell as tracking them. The CFPB highlights zelles platform failed to protect its consumers while also having them be vulnerable to scams and repeated offenders to create exploitation. This, allowing us to lose out money.
