Consumer Narrative

According to my records of previously submitted disputes/documents via USPS, CFPB, and/or your online portal, you were in receipt of my prior communications and were obligated by law to take investigate my claim for action within 30 days of receiving notice of dispute. Knowing that this is a lawful obligation of yours, you both knowingly and willfully failed to delete the disputed information. Additionally, you have not communicated any probable error that would prevent you from completing this as everything that is NEEDED to fulfill my request was included in my initial dispute. There was no cause for you to stall or reason for you to stall, procrastinate, or refuse your duties. Therefore, I am now demanding the immediate removal of the disputed information. Under the provisions of the FCRA, you are also liable for damages, as outlined in 15 U.S.C. 1681n-1681o. In addition to removing the disputed information, you are required to issue a payment of {$1000.00}, made payable to my name as indicated in the letterhead above. For your convenience, I have included a completed IRS W-9 form to assist with your accounting or legal tax obligations. I want to be explicitly clear that this is not a notice or attempt to start a new dispute. Ive already tried to rectify this affair with you. By law, you are only allowed 30 days from day of receipt to dispute, and that time has since elapsed.
