I wrote to experian requesting to verify the info on student loan accounts XXXX, there been missing data and it came back verified when it all look the same. There are payment dates there when I have never made a payment on that account. Experian came back verified, refusing to do a proper investigation. XXXX XXXX account is showing inaccurate payment date and that was addressed and experian came back verified. Cfpb is suing them for failing to do a proper investigation and I fell victim to that many times.
