I am submitting a complaint regarding inaccurate information on my credit report provided by Experian. I have identified several inaccuracies that I have disputed, but my concerns have not been adequately addressed. Which did not take place and no proper verification has been given to prove otherwise. Therefore, you are required by law to remove any late payment listed in this written notice immediately. They still havent shown how I owe them for this said debt. I dont even know if they are licensed to collect in my state of domicile. I have asked for certain items in order for them to verify that this account is mine and they still havent provided me with everything that I have been asking for in which I have a right to ask for. I have also filed a CFPB report dated XXXX file number : XXXX. They are still refusing to take this inaccurate reporting from my credit report without providing all items that I requested. Based on 15 USC 6802 I was not given proper information on how to opt out per section XXXX ( b ) and ( c ). I have made multiple attempts to resolve these issues directly with the agency, including submitting documentation to support my claims.
