I closed a CD after a 12 month maturity, choosing their option of having it automatically transferred to an existing savings account at the same institution. After maturity, the CD was closed but the money never showed up in the savings account as requested. I called, they said they can see that it transferred to that account, but don't know why it didn't show up. They said they would have to open a case and I'd have to call back after a few business days. So far there's been no progress, and my {$11000.00} is still missing.
