Today on XX/XX/year> I went into XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, to obtain a new year credit report and noticed a XXXX Jefferson Capitol Systems LLC collection company showing {$11000.00} .This is a formal notice in regards to the inaccurate and fraudulent account ( s ) reporting on my consumer report by the company, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am requesting immediate removal of the inaccurate account ( s ) I am attesting that I have not received a validation letter from the collection company vial mail nor electronically I am reaching out the the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau I have no verbal nor written contract with XXXX XXXX XXXXy that states that I owe or agree to pay them any monies. I have no knowledge of this company and again I have no desire to do any business with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I as the victim of the fraud, am requesting that the XXXX XXXX XXXX according to section 623 ( A ) ( 1 ) ( A ) ( B ) cease reporting this inaccurate information to the consumer reporting agencies as I have previously requested, and I am aware that this is subject to a {$1000.00} fine per violation
