Had medical bill with XXXX XXXX paid a few payment but asked for itemized bill of charges and debt owed never received it then they sold to collect agency which validated my hippa rights and also asked for debt to verified or removed byXXXX to help validate debt no success. because by law if a collection buys debt it now becomes their debt..Please help me with this matter because XXXX has not helped.I ask to please be removed from all three of the credit bureaus Thank You..You can see I have paid my bills on time but they are using unfair tactics and violating my rights Thank You for you help Also address is incorrect and debt amount
