Front office okay and requested key, which was left in Apartment and recovered my office staff.Months later they claimed not received. By then I have relocated to XXXX Virginia health reasons... Made several attempts to resolve issues. Next thing it was sent to collection... triple fees. Tried to settle. I'm XXXX XXXX XXXX very sick person.
