This complaint serves as a cease and desist against National Credit Systems Inc. To date, NCS has failed to provide any sort of proof that they legally own this alleged debt they are attempting to collect. Furthermore, I was NEVER properly notified of the alleged debt and all I was given was a notice of negative credit reporting due to my failure to make arrangements to satisfy this alleged debt. This is a clear violation of FDCPA and FCRA laws as there is zero evidence that this alleged debt is mine and that NCS can collect on it. NCS has violated several laws and regulations in regards to this alleged debt and I am now asking the CFPB to step in and ensure NCS compliance with my cease and desist as they have ignored it previously.
