I went to pull my credit reports at annualcreditreport.com and when I got to Experian to review my report due to several inaccuracies & suspicious activity on my other reports, Experian indicated that I am not able to view and check my report when I have repeatedly provided the correct address Ive had for the last several years, my XXXX & XXXX and that it is not available to view as I can not be identified? They didnt offer any challenge questions or anything to move this process along to accommodate me, the consumer. I have been checking my credit on annualcreditreport.com for years & I dont understand why I can not review any of my accounts all of a sudden on this report. I have not placed my report under dispute, I have always used the same information & This stops the process for me to be able to send the concerns/disputes to them in a timely manner for my very own dealings to apply or try to obtain credit for my personal use. Experian has gotten this wrong & I feel they are intentionally delaying the process of investigations and disputes for their own personal gain.
