**Note : I will send you the supporting documents for this complaint via U.S . Postal service mail, as it exceeds the XXXX or less requirement for document uploading. ** Equifax On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a Certified letter to Equifax regarding an account from : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. When I attempted to contact the alleged creditor at the address listed on my account with Equifax, the address was incorrect. I requested that Equifax permanently remove this account from my credit file, and send me an updated report. They have yet to do so. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent Equifax an Priority mail letter regarding several negative accounts on my credit report, and I challenged the accuracy, compliance, and reportability of each of them. I requested that Equifax validate the information with the entities listed and provide me with copies of any documentation associated with the accounts, bearing my signature. In the absence of any such documentation bearing my signature, I formally requested that this information be immediately deleted from my credit file. I also requested that once this was completed, that they send me an updated copy of my credit report. This has not been done by Equifax. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from Equifax ( see enclosed letter ) stating that they were unable to locate a credit file in our database with the identification information you provided, etc. This is false. I have been in their database for many years. I have enclosed a copy of a page from my credit report from Equifax dated : XX/XX/XXXX with the Confirmation # : XXXX. Which shows that they are probably using that as a stall tactic. XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I mailed a Certified Letter to XXXX requesting that they update/correct my personal information in my credit file. That they remove all other addresses off my report, and not list any telephone numbers, per the FCRA, as they are not reportable and are therefore inaccurate. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX sent me a copy of my credit report, and they had not removed the inaccurate information that I requested. This is in violation of the FCRA. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent XXXX a Priority mail letter regarding several negative accounts on my credit report, and I challenged the accuracy, compliance, and reportability of each of them. I requested that XXXX validate the information with the entities listed and provide me with copies of any documentation associated with the accounts, bearing my signature. XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I mailed a Certified Letter to XXXX requesting that they update/correct my personal information in my credit file. I also requested an updated credit report from XXXX after this was completed. I have not received validation, or an updated report showing this deletion which is a violation of the FCRA. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent XXXX a Certified Letter regarding an alleged account from XXXX XXXX, I challenged the accuracy, compliance and reportability of the account. I requested that XXXX validate the information with the entities listed and provide me with copies of any documentation associated with the accounts, bearing my signature.
