I would like TransUnion to take accountability for its failure to update my credit file accurately and to stop claiming that the information is accurate when it is not. Over 120 days ago, I sent the same request to all creditors listed, as well as to XXXX, but my file has still not been updated correctly. I have not received an updated response from XXXX or any of the creditors listed. I also requested the original contracts as proof from the collection agency representing the original creditor, but I have not received anything. XXXX has overlooked this issue, and they should be held accountable for their lack of response and failure to provide updates. I am requesting the removal of the listed creditors due to violations of my rights. Specifically, I ask for all accounts to be deleted from my credit report because they have multiple violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
